Delete your account

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings.
3. In the Delete account section, type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete forever.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed immediately and permanently: your name and email, sign-in credentials, all practice data (translations, scores, attempt history), your streak, gems and reminder settings. There is no grace period and the data cannot be recovered afterwards.

Need help?

If you cannot sign in, or want us to delete your account for you, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will remove it.
