How it is built

Is it free?
The grammar course, the reviews and the streak are unlimited and free. You only pay to keep more than 20 sentences of your own per month: 9.99 EUR a month or 49.99 EUR a year. The first 14 days are Pro, with no card and nothing to cancel.
What language does it speak to me in?
Yours. Pick your language and the whole app follows it: the sentences to translate, the explanations, the meaning and origin of every word. English, Italian and Spanish for now.
How is this different from Duolingo?
There you tap the right words in the right order; here you write the sentence yourself. It is harder, and that is exactly the point: at work nobody hands you the words.
And from Anki?
The scheduling algorithm is the same one (FSRS), but you do not have to build the cards. You type a word and the card writes itself: meaning, origin, three examples, and synonyms with a score.
How long does the AI take to correct me?
Often no time at all, because often it is not needed. Answers that match the solution, or are plainly equivalent to it, are recognised by the app itself with no model and no wait. The model steps in for the ones that genuinely need judging, and answers in a couple of seconds.
Where does it start me?
Wherever you want. You choose, or you take a two-minute test that places you. The level you see is a CEFR band, A1 to C2, earned by finishing units of the course: it is not a score that climbs with taps.
