The service

Fluentemente gives you graded translation practice, corrections and explanations generated with the help of AI models. It is a learning aid: scores, corrections and explanations are produced automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgement and do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional instruction or certification.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent to this agreement in your country. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings (see our account deletion page).

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, overload, probe or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass authentication or usage limits.
• Do not submit unlawful content or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Content and intellectual property

The learning content, software and branding in Fluentemente are our property and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You keep ownership of the translations and answers you submit; you grant us permission to process them (including sending them to our AI providers) so we can grade them and give you feedback.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
